Do I have to be referred by my family doctor to come to your office?
Since we are a Specialty Practice (Secondary Care), we require that you be referred by your Primary Care Physician. Once we have received the Request for Consult, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
How can I get a copy of my medical records?
You can call the office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday and ask to speak to someone in medical records. You can also access your records through our Patient Portal (if you are not already registered for this, please inquire about it when you call the office).
Where are you located? What color entrance are you?
We are located at the Robinwood Professional Center, in the GREEN entrance, Suite 126 on the first floor.
Do I need to bring anything with me?

What happens if I have no insurance?
Our self-pay policy requires a $100 deposit at the time of the visit. Any amount due over that can be set up on a payment plan with our billing department. If you prefer to pay in full at the time of service, we will discount any procedures performed that day by 20%.
How long will my appointment take?
New patients can expect to be at our office for approximately one hour. If your problem is ear-related, you should plan on being at our office for approximately 1.5 hours.
Will you send my prescription directly to the pharmacy?
Yes, we will electronically send, fax, or call in your prescription to the pharmacy. Please make sure we have your current pharmacy listed in your chart to avoid delays in the transmission of your prescription.
Will you send my current office note to my doctor?
Yes, we send your office note to your primary care physician and/or referring doctor within 24 hours of your visit. Please make sure we have your current primary-care physician and the referring doctor noted in your chart.
Will my insurance cover today’s office visit and associated procedures?
We have contracts with many insurance companies, but to be sure you have coverage and to review your benefits, please contact your insurance carrier before your visit with us.
